The Proudfoot Newby store has won a prestigious Yorkshire In Bloom gold award!

The Proudfoot Group’s flagship Scarborough store won a Gold Award for the Yorkshire Rose Best Large Business for its floral displays around the premises, collecting an award for the fourth consecutive year, having triumphed in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Located in the heart of Newby, the local supermarket is the largest of four Proudfoot stores based in the Yorkshire region, sitting on a site of 15,000 square feet. The store has won many awards for its service over the years, and recently received two awards from Newby & Scalby In Bloom, presented with the Gold Award and Category Winner for Retail Business Premises, as well as the Outstanding Contribution Certificate for support of the local community.
