£500 MADL Donation To Scarborough Ladies FC

The Proudfoot Group have donated £500 to Scarborough Ladies FC

On August 11th, Christopher Rhodes, Manager at Proudfoot Eastfield Store and Valerie Aston joined the Scarborough Ladies FC at their Thursday night training session at Overdale School Scarborough to present them with a cheque from the Making A Difference Locally Charityfor £500.

Scarborough Ladies FC have seen numbers double over the last year to 120 girls from across the region and they have re-launched their Open Age Adult team to give the younger girls a long term progression pathway to keep them in the game.

The Open Age girls have been working hard to raise funds for the coming season to give them the best chance of success, and the funding donated to them through Making A Difference Locally will be ring-fenced for them to cover training facilities and equipment.
